The Relational Health area is a specific field of study and training within ReLab that seeks to work on relationships in the context of health services, towards better service provision and greater satisfaction, both for teams and for patients.

The Relational Education area focuses on practical work based on the motto "There are only essential learnings within the framework of meaningful relationships", seeking to shift the prevailing educational paradigm towards one in which relationships are at the heart of the act of educating.

We believe that many public problems have a relational dimension — and that many of the solutions depend on the ability to build trust, collaboration, proximity and collective action.

The quality of life in a territory depends not only on the quality of its facilities and infrastructure, but also on the quality of the relationships built within it.

The Relational Leadership area seeks to be a specific training strand within ReLab, focused on managing relationships in the context of leadership. Its aim is to improve the quality of leadership, promoting more effective performance and increasing the satisfaction of both teams and leaders.

The Relational Sustainability area focuses on integrating relational quality into organisations and their management practices, recognising the importance of identifying relational quality indicators that foster organisational sustainability and the challenge of incorporating the relational perspective into ESG.

The field of Intercultural Relations, particularly with regard to migration, is central to today's society. This area of work aims to promote mutual understanding and cooperation between different cultures, towards more integrated, equitable and enriching communities.

The digital transition is not only a technological transformation — it is also a relational transformation. We advocate a humanist vision of digitalisation, one that places the quality of human relationships at the centre of change.

The Relational Quality area focuses on developing the relational capital of organisations — the value generated by the quality, depth, trust and accessibility of relationships. It supports organisations across all sectors in building relational systems that are healthier, more coherent and strategically aligned.
