Relational State.
We believe that many public problems have a relational dimension — and that many of the solutions depend on the ability to build trust, collaboration, proximity and collective action.
How would the State change if relationships were its first priority?
We live in a time of profound social transformation. Citizens expect public services that are closer, more human, more transparent and better able to respond to the complexity of contemporary challenges. At the same time, professionals in Public Administration face growing demands, limited resources and increasingly interdependent problems.
Given this reality, it becomes clear that it is not enough to improve processes, digitalise services or raise performance indicators. It is necessary to look at what lies at the foundation of how institutions and communities function: relationships.
The Relational State is an approach that places human relationships at the centre of public action. Instead of a predominantly transactional logic, it proposes a relational logic — based on trust, shared responsibility, listening and the construction of shared solutions.
