The Relational Quality area focuses on developing the relational capital of organisations — the value generated by the quality, depth, trust and accessibility of relationships. It supports organisations across all sectors in building relational systems that are healthier, more coherent and strategically aligned.

The Relational Quality Programme is a structured intervention combining training, diagnosis and consultancy that supports organisations in building a relational system that is healthy, coherent and strategically aligned. It is a process of organisational evolution centred on relational capital.
